Jr. Accountant With Expertise In Quickbook

We are looking for a skilled Junior Accountant with in-depth QuickBooks experience to become part of our team. The ideal applicant will have a solid foundation in financial management, sharp analytical abilities, and proven QuickBooks proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely vendor invoices
• Monitor receivables and ensure prompt collection of payments
• Record and process incoming & outgoing payments

Qualifications:

• Advanced expertise in QuickBooks
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
