ARCHITECT Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Drafting Duties Prepare accurate architectural drawings using CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and manual drafting when necessary. Develop detailed construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail sheets. Coordinate with engineers and consultants to integrate structural, MEP, and other discipline drawings. Maintain and update drawing sets during the design development and construction phases.

2. Design Responsibilities Develop conceptual and schematic designs in alignment with client needs and site conditions. Incorporate functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic value in design proposals. Prepare 3D models, renderings, and presentations for client approvals. Revise designs based on feedback, code requirements, and budget constraints. Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
