Job Description

Duration: 1 Year to Start, possibility of extension

Location: Montreal (3 days/week onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Support Kroll software deployment to pharmacies across Quebec.
  • Create and maintain training materials for Kroll release support.
  • Provide in-person training and troubleshooting for pharmacy staff.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth rollout and resolve issues.
  • Travel to pharmacies across Quebec for in-person support as needed.
  • Collect feedback and refine the deployment process.

    • Must-Have Skills:

  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Based in Quebec with the ability to travel across the province.
  • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or store rollouts preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create clear training materials.
