Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Jr. Bookkeeper to manage accounting-related tasks across several small businesses operating in construction, retail, and upholstery. The role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle multiple company books efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities
• Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, payroll)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Assist with BIR compliance and required filings
• Monitor cash flow and coordinate with management on financial updates
• Maintain organised documentation and filing systems
