Jr. Brand Analyst

As a Jr. Brand Analyst service executive, you willbe responsible forproviding customer service. Your mainobjectivewill be to build trust with customers in terms of the quality of the information received. Thisthroughtimelycommunication of changes, coverage analysis, methodological explanations and identification and monitoring of potential quality problems.

• Continuous communication with the client for application of changes
• Coverage analysis, interpretation of results, presentation with client and follow-up toactions triggered by said analysis.
• ClientInquiriesmanagement: filtering, registration, monitoring, review, communication.
• Client Order Management forfeasibilities: filtering, registration, monitoring, review, communication.
• Provide training to clients onNielsenIQmethodologies and variablecalculation.
• Promotion of the use of technology.
