Jr. Business Analyst

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (Preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, or nearby areas)

Responsibilities
Experience using Jira for tickets, user stories, and backlog management
Familiarity with Figma for reviewing designs and collaborating with product/design teams
Strong technical writing skills
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system workflows
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear documentation
Exposure to software development teams or agile environments (plus point)
Technical Writing experience is a MUST HAVE
Qualifications/Skills
0-1 year of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in computer science.
Proven experience as a business analyst in healthcare software or a similar role.
Technical writing experience will be preferred.
