Jr. Collection Analyst

We are seeking a Credit & Collections / Jr Analyst to join the growing .monks Finance team. The ideal candidate is a driven individual who prioritises their workflow to the team’s objectives. The candidate will be expected to perform daily, weekly and monthly tasks related to AR aging review, collections outreach, cash application, credit management, and reporting of customer collection activities.

Responsibilities

• Accurate cash application and ad hoc reconciliation
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Billing and Account Management teams to raise awareness of disputes, discrepancies, collection efforts, and mitigation of credit risk actions
• Responding to client inquiries in a prompt manner
• Taking a proactive approach to collections in the form of client outreach and client education
• Monitoring AR activity daily for non‑payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
