Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop process workflows and custom system form fields to support evolving business needs within the ERP system.
Analyze and understand business processes and translate them into efficient, system-ready workflows.
Create, customize, and enhance reports and dashboards to help teams make data-driven decisions.
Document workflows, system configurations, and any enhancements or changes implemented.
Collaborate closely with users, providing guidance, addressing concerns, and delivering training on new ERP features or updates.
Job Qualifications:
BS in Information Technology, Information Systems or Industrial Engineering
2 years in ERP System or Fresh Graduate familiar with ERP Systems
•Proficiency in Python and XML
•Strong Organizational Skills
•Excellent Logical Reasoning and Problem-Solving Skills
