Jr Developer - Salesforce Email Marketing Cloud

Develop, execute, and optimize SFMC email and mobile development for IHG’s customer‑centric email marketing program, ensuring flawless delivery while driving channel efficiencies and effectiveness.

• Develop, build, and test email communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Content Builder, Data Extensions, Journey Builder, Automations Studio, Mobile Studio and programming languages.


• Design and develop multi‑channel customer journeys within Journey Builder, ensuring scalability and maintainability, with technical leadership and best practices.


• Work in Automation Studio, Data Extensions, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, and related SFMC tools.


• Write and optimize SQL queries to manage and manipulate data within SFMC databases.
