Job Summary: The Community Jr. Early Interventionist will provide support and services to children with special needs under the age between 0-8 years, focusing on early identification and intervention for developmental delays and disabilities. This role involves working closely with families, healthcare providers, and educational institutions to ensure and provide services in the community. Key Responsibilities: Identify children with developmental delays through developmental screenings for all the children in the geography Take assessments for identified children Develop and implement individualized intervention plans according to the need analysis Provide direct services to children through subcenter and home-based therapy in community Capacity building for all the parents Sensitization programs to spread awareness in the community to build a sustainable eco system for CwSN.
