Job Title: eBook Formatting Executive

Job Type: Full-Time - Onsite Night Shift/Evening Shift
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Format eBooks for platforms such as Amazon Kindle (KDP), EPUB, and other digital platforms
• Convert manuscripts into properly structured and formatted digital files
• Ensure error-free formatting, alignment, styles, spacing, and layout consistency
• Handle TOC, hyperlinks, images, footnotes, and page breaks properly
• Perform quality checks before final submission
• Coordinate with content and design teams when require.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in eBook formatting
• Strong knowledge of MS Word styles, EPUB, MOBI, and PDF formatting
• Familiarity with Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) guidelines.
