Jr. Energy Analyst

Job description

We are looking for highly motivated professionals (0-3 years of experience) who wish to start a career as analysts in Hartree's international consulting team at our Mexico City office. The candidate for this position must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to execute detailed tasks under pressure and within tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Build quantitative and qualitative side-by-side comparisons of energy supply alternatives for clients, including CFE Basic Supply vs Qualified Supply, and other schemes as applicable.
• Support evaluation of Qualified Supply commercial offers, including energy price structures, pass-through concepts, term comparisons, risk allocation, and key assumptions.
• Support the review and structuring of energy-related contracts, including PPAs, SaaS-style agreements, EPC contracts, and O&M contracts.
