Jr. Estimation

The Junior Estimation & Design Engineer (Inside Project Manager – IPM) plays a key role in integrating estimation, planning, and execution control to ensure structured and predictable project delivery.

This role is responsible for preparing detailed quantity and material take-offs, developing accurate cost estimates, and translating estimation assumptions into executable project schedules. The IPM continuously monitors productivity, milestones, and resource utilization to ensure alignment between planned outputs and actual performance.

Acting as a critical link between estimation, project management, and site teams, the IPM ensures coordination, visibility, and performance control throughout the project lifecycle.
