JR Instructional Designer

Job description:

• Design and develop engaging, effective learning experiences
• Develop a thorough understanding of our events management, virtual suite, and training software products.
• Assist clients in building and enhancing their experiences, addressing any challenges they encounter during setup or updates.
• Effectively communicate with clients, animators, graphic designers, the development team, and other stakeholders via various channels (email, WhatsApp, Teams, Helpscout, online meetings), considering their availability
• Create mood boards using images, keywords, and sketches, incorporating branding elements, content, and other requirements, and present them to both the client and animator.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client updates, development progress, and other relevant matters.
• Identify training requirements and conduct relevant research to support learning goals.
