Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior IT Executive who is passionate about technology and eager to grow in a professional IT environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of both software and hardware and basic experience in networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot computer hardware & software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, printers, and peripherals
• Provide day-to-day IT support to staff
• Assist in network setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Ensure smooth operation of internet, LAN, and basic security systems
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of software & hardware
