Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and applications 
Assist in system installation, configuration, and maintenance 
Support both on-site and remote IT concerns 
Help monitor system performance and resolve technical issues 
Work closely with engineers and IT teams on projects 
Preferably residing near Sta. Rosa, Laguna 
May be required to support after-hours or weekend IT needs when necessary
