Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Legal Counsel to support our legal and compliance activities within a manufacturing environment. This position will assist in ensuring regulatory compliance, drafting legal documentation, and supporting corporate and commercial matters under the guidance of senior legal leadership.

This role is ideal for a professional seeking to develop experience in foreign trade, corporate law, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support legal compliance activities for manufacturing and maquila operations in Mexico.
• Assist in matters related to foreign trade regulations, including IMMEX Program, VAT Certification, RRNA, PROSEC and “Regla 8va”.
• Monitor regulatory updates and support internal teams in understanding applicable legal requirements.
