Jr. Marketing Specialist

The Junior Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Specialists and Marketing Managers in the preparation, coordination, and execution of marketing activities. This role focuses heavily on administrative support, email layout support and deployment and project coordination. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable using Pardot Account Engagement, Salesforce, and Canva.


Accountabilities:

Project & Administrative Support
+ Assist Marketing Specialists in managing and tracking marketing projects from initiation to completion.
+ Coordinate personal work schedules, timelines, and task lists to ensure projects stay on track.
+ Support administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, reporting, and updating internal trackers.
+ Prepare notes, follow-up lists, and status updates for the marketing team.
