Job Description

 To ensure data network connectivity of MegaLink’s local and wide area networks, firewalls, communications and telecommunication facilities and services.
 Ensuring LAN/WAN infrastructure integrity with 24/7 uptime of connections and provide support to clients/member banks if the need arise.
 Install, maintain and troubleshoot operating systems, database and application servers for production and UAT environments
 Ensure that all production servers are of highest standards of availability and resiliency
 Ensure achieving all applicable SLA.
 Ensure that security patches are applied and up to date especially under PCI-DSS environment.
 Coordination with hardware and software vendors for procurement and/or support requirement
 Compliance to all standard processes of the company (e.g. change management, incident management and etc.)
