Job Summary
The Jr. Network and Computer System Associate is responsible for providing support and maintenance for the organizations network and computer systems. This includes managing the network infrastructure, maintaining servers and workstations, and troubleshooting technical issues. Moreover, this role is also responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting technical issues, application installation, computer and laptop set up, and managing user accounts.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
1-2 years of experience in network and system administration.
Strong understanding of networking and systems concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
