Jr. Planner

Schedule Support: Assist in updating project schedules, incorporating input from various teams, and performing Quality Checks (QA/QC) on schedule data.
Data & Reporting: Analyze schedules for data integrity, run basic reports (inventory, sales, production), and maintain records of scope changes or variances.
Coordination: Communicate with departments like procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to gather information and ensure smooth operations.
Resource Tracking: Help monitor actual manpower, material needs, and equipment usage against the plan.
Learning & Analysis: Learn and apply scheduling techniques, support time impact analysis, and contribute to improving forecast accuracy.
Typical Duties Include
Updating schedules in software (e.g., Primavera - P6).
Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports.
Coordinating material and inventory information.
