Jr Project Executive

Job Scope :

• Manage communication and coordination for new and existing IT projects, as well as system-related issues.
• Act as the liaison between the IT department, business units, and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor and track project progress, providing regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing all stages of assigned IT projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet required quality standards.
• Support the management of project budgets, timelines, and resources for optimal delivery.
• Maintain and manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and client expectations.
