Job Description
Geodata Systems Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Junior Sales Admin Management Officer who will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Department Director, Managers, and the organization as a whole to facilitate efficient operation.
Responsibilities
Perform tasks during biddings including photocopying, filing and organizing bid documents.
Prepare documentation for client proposals
Assist in the preparation for big events.
Assist with clients
Provide basic product information to clients
Participate and support department group activities
Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Qualifications
College graduate preferably with a Degree in Office Administration, Information Technology, or any other related course.
At least one (1) year experience in a related capacity.
