This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer 2026, it will be a full‑time seasonal role.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items within their assigned outlet according to the recipes and standards
• Supervise the training and cross‑training of kitchen members within their outlet
• Responsible for inventory within their assigned outlet and assisting with orders to Head Chef
• Ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed in accordance with H&S standards
• Research, recommend and implement new policies and procedures relating to food preparation
• Report all maintenance and repair needs to Head Chef
• Supervise, expedite and participate in food preparation, in accordance with standards of quality, quantity, taste and presentation
