Jr. Stock Clerk

Qualifications

• At leas College Level
• with 1-2 years experience in inventory management, stock control or related work.
• With background in receiving, recording and issuing of stocks and monitoring.
• Willing to render overtime.
• Willing to be assigned at Balubad 2nd, Silang, Cavite

Job Summary:

• Receive and inspect incoming inventory — Check shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders or delivery documents, and report discrepancies.
• Store and organize materials — Arrange goods systematically within stockrooms to maintain neat and accessible inventory areas.
• Monitor inventory levels — Observe stock levels and notify supervisors or management when supplies are low or needs replenishment.
• Label and maintain materials — Mark and tag stock according to internal procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure proper handling and identification.
