Tailored for fresh graduates and early career professionals, CMTP offers immersive, high-impact stints across our commercial, corporate, and operations functions—spanning multiple business groups within the organization. Trainees are exposed to real business challenges, mentored by senior leaders, and developed through structured learning journeys that fuel both personal growth and organizational impact. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will land at an Officer Level, equipped with a 360-degree understanding of our business and a clear leadership trajectory within Bounty.
