Job Description

  Responsibilities: 
 Application deployment through automation and manual methods (Ansible, python, bash, and shell scripting)
 Systems and application troubleshooting
 Install and configure software, hardware, and network systems of the company.
 Sustaining network integrity, server deployment, and security
 Manage network servers and technology tools.
 Set up accounts and workstations.
 Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
 Overseeing system performance, troubleshoot issues, and outages.
 Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
 Manage system Backups and Disaster recovery.
 Performing system upgrades following new releases
 Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
 Build an internal SharePoint with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
