Jr. Technical Recruiter

ABBTECH is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Technical Recruiter to join our talent team, eager to gain experience in recruiting various levels of IT technical skill sets.

As a Jr. Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent for our organization. Your primary focus will be on attracting qualified candidates through various channels, maintaining candidate relationship throughout the hiring process by providing excellent candidate experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Teams up with the Recruiting Team and hiring managers to strategize for tough-to-fill roles, and aid during surges.
+ Maintains oversight of open requisitions and candidate statuses using internal databases and ABBTECH’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and delivers regular updates to the leadership team.
