Jr. UAT Tester

Core Responsibilities
1. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Management
Perform and coordinate UAT activities across multiple projects
Develop UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business requirements
Facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders and end-users
Manage test environments and coordinate access for UAT participants
Track and document test results, defects, and issues in appropriate tracking systems
Coordinate defect triage meetings and prioritization sessions
Provide regular UAT status reports to project managers and stakeholders
Ensure UAT sign-off and approvals are obtained before production deployment
Maintain UAT documentation and knowledge repositories
2. Business-As-Usual (BAU) Reporting
Generate and distribute regular operational reports to stakeholders
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
Create ad-hoc reports as requested by management and business units
