This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced technology support specialist to provide technology advice and support to members of the Judiciary and their staff.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional technology support to our valued judicial users. You will provide desk-side and remote assistance and coaching, to ensure the swift resolution of technology issues – helping to ensure that technology never stands in the way of delivering justice for the people of Aotearoa New Zealand.
The Judicial Support Advisor plays a vital role in delivering professional and efficient digital support services to members of the Judiciary and Ministry VIPs. This position ensures services are aligned with local and national initiatives, established service standards, and key priorities.
