The Culinary Corporate Management Training Program is designed to develop qualified Executive Chefs and Executive Sous Chefs. The hotel's Executive Chef and Senior Executive Chef directly supervise trainees during the program. The Culinary Corporate Management Trainee follows and predetermined training schedule primarily in the culinary division.
