Junior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
Perform invoice postings, accounting entries, and reconciliations.
Process invoices from various stakeholders by reviewing, validating, and uploading them into the ERP system.
Handle high volumes of invoices and validate them against defined supporting documents.
Analyse invoice discrepancies and liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
Perform vendor Statement of Account (SoA) reconciliations during month-end closing.
Correspond with internal teams and vendors and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and support other finance-related tasks as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
Experience using Oracle ERP is an added advantage.
Prior experience in the telecommunications (Telco) industry is an added advantage.
