Job Description
Position: Junior Account Executive
Salary Range: RM 2,300 - RM 2,500
Working Days: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM (Monday - Friday)
Location: Subang Jaya
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or ANY field
Fresh graduates OR 1 & 2 years experience in accounting.
Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Office.
Responsibilities:
Verify invoices in ERP system against purchase order and ensure goods or services have been received before issuing payment to vendors.
Prepare payment voucher.
Prepare payment voucher listing for bank reconciliation.
Prepare creditors ageing list report.
Update payment to supplier in ERP system (Set-off).
