Junior Account Executive

Prepare all accounting reports, such as monthly accounts analysis, accountreceivable, account payables , financial report and any ad hoc task.

Familiar with ACCPAC Sage 300 accounting software will be added advantage.

Monitor and check assistant's work done (eg: data entry) to ensure everytransactions is correct and comply with legislation.

Maintain full set of Financial & Manufacturing account and any account relatedtasks.

Liaise with company secretary for board resolution.

Liaise with banker for the banking matters for example trade facilities application,new bank account opening to smooth the operating activities.

Take part in cashflow forecast to prevent shortage of cash and affected on companyoperating.

Prepare monthly operating report for HOD review to assist on their sales planning.
