The Junior Account Manager (JR. AM) is responsible for meeting individual Sales Targets through effective and efficient management of accounts and relationships with particular customers/clients. He/she maintains the company's existing relationships with a client or group of clients. He/she manages the relationship with the manager of the account(s) they are assigned to. The purpose of being assigned to particular clients is to create long-term relationships with the portfolio of assigned clients. The JR. AM is dedicated to building and maintaining a strong client relationship foundation of open and effective communication, ensuring the company is positioned to deliver in line with client goals, objectives, and expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that 100% of the sales target is achieved based on MCI Sales monitoring.
- Achieve quartely portfolio targets via efficient account management, upselling, and cross-sellingquarterly.
