Job Description
The Junior Accountant will support the accounting team by performing transactional accounting activities, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, and assisting with reporting, audit, and special projects. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad accounting experience in a multi-entity environment within a stable, collaborative, and growth-oriented organization.
Responsibilities

+ Prepare and post accurate journal entries in a timely manner.

+ Perform monthly account reconciliations, including bank accounts, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.

+ Determine whether transactions should be recorded as fixed assets or operating expenses and record them appropriately in the general ledger.

+ Provide coding guidance to the accounts payable team for overhead invoices to ensure proper allocation.
