Junior Accountant

Responsible for the daily accounting operations of the company as assigned that cater services but not limited to condominium, housing, foundation, property management services, leasing, etc.
Develop, implement, and document effective processes and procedures for effective control of the accounting operations. To be maintained on an ongoing basis.
Maintain and assist the management of Computerized Books of Accounts (CBA) in Xero Cloud Based Accounting System.
Ensures that the monthly closing is in line with corporate requirements.
Responsible for the month-end and year-end closing books of accounts and other activities.
Ensure that control processes and procedures are implemented for all financial accounts.
Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures in safeguarding the company's assets and internal control.
Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statement package.
