Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
• Generate and process customer and vendor invoices
• Verify invoices against POs and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for approvals and payments
• Assist with reconciliations and routine accounting tasks
