Job Description

 
  Summary 
 Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Junior Accountant will serve as an important member of the Finance Team. This position will be responsible for day-to-day input of financial transactions for clients. The Junior Accountant will have primary day-to-day responsibility on fixed assets accounting ensuring timely and accurate financial data and processing other accounting transactions. 
 
  Responsibilities 
 Prepare of journal entries and accrual entries
 Handle all fixed assets accounting
 Prepare financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statements and supporting schedules
 Processing transactions and performing month end accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling accounts
 Back-up for accounts payable and accounts receivable accountants
 Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close
