Job Description – Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on system work experience, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of ERP / Accounting Software
• Posting of journal entries and day-to-day transactions in the system
• Preparation of monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) workings and Sales Tax workings
• Generation of PSIDs through relevant FBR tax portals
• Performing Bank Reconciliation Statements on a regular basis
• Handling Internet Banking operations (Upload payments, downloads, statements, etc.)
• Assisting in basic payroll calculations and payroll-related entries
• Maintaining accounting data in digital trial balance and proper hard copy filing
• Inventory reconciliation and verification with system records
