Job Description
About the Role
Support all day-to-day finance operations for Sonraj Group. Handle accounting, reporting, payables, receivables, reconciliations, documentation, and monthly closing following the direction of senior manager. Maintain clean records, strengthen controls, and keep all financial activities up to date.
Key Responsibilities
a. Record transactions in the accounting system
b. Manage cashbook and bank entries
c. Prepare cash summaries for management
d. Handle deposits, transfers, and cheque-related work
e. Maintain payables ageing
f. Coordinate with suppliers for payment status
g. Keep receivables ageing updated
h. Support month-end closing activities
i. Prepare schedules for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
j. Update budget tracking sheets
k. Maintain files, contracts, bank documents, and audit papers
