Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare,review,andprocessdailytransactions,includingaccountspayable,accountsreceivable,andgeneralledgerentries.
• Assistinthepreparationofmonthly,quarterly,andannualfinancialstatements,ensuringcompliancewithaccountingstandards.
• Performaccountreconciliations,includingbankandcreditcardreconciliations,toensuretheaccuracyoffinancialdata.
• Collaboratewithseniorfinancememberstoassistinbudgetingandforecastingprocesses,providinginsightsonfinancialperformance.
• Assistwithtaxpreparationandensuretimelysubmissionoftaxfilings,includingVAT/GST,salestax,etc.
• Supportinternalandexternalauditsbyprovidingrequireddocumentationandexplanationsoffinancialdata.
• Identifyareasforprocessimprovementsandefficiencieswithintheaccountingdepartment.
