Mid-Level Accountant / Bookkeeper
to support
U.S.-based clients
during night shift hours. The role requires hands-on experience with
QuickBooks Online and Desktop (mandatory)
and a solid understanding of U.S. bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books for U.S. clients using
  QuickBooks Online & Desktop
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage A/P, A/R, and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Support payroll processing and tax-ready financials
