Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily sales transactions from multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tiktok, Shopee, etc.)
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Monitor and track inventory costs and discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Help manage payroll records and government compliance reporting (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
• Assist with audits and tax filings
• Coordinate with third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, logistics, accountants)
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records
• Other administrative or accounting tasks as required
