Job Description
As a Junior Administrative Clerk on our Finance Team you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining organized and efficient financial records.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices and statements within electronic filing system with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organize invoices for payment and communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment status.
- Keep track of pre-payment balances and follow up on final invoices via correspondence with vendors via email and/or telephone.
- Monitor the accounts payable email inbox and correspond with vendors to obtain missing invoices and statements.
- Process and send remittance details to vendors.
- Assist in special projects and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
