The Junior Affliate Marketing Executive role focuses on sourcing, onboarding, and supporting creators to produce high-quality e-commerce content on TikTok. The role also involves coordinating and managing creator campaigns for well-known brands such as Torriden, SKIN1004, COSRX, Mentholatum, Hada Labo, Huggies , and other key e-commerce brand partners. This includes optimizing creator training, maintaining the MCN platform, and fostering a strong creator community to ensure long-term partnership growth and performance.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Source, recruit, and onboard creators at scale to support e-commerce content production.

Manage and coordinate creator campaigns for major brands (e.g., Torriden, SKIN1004, COSRX, Mentholatum, Hada Labo, Huggies, etc.) to ensure high-quality deliverables and performance.
