  1. Urgent Requests Management:

  2. Handle incoming urgent requests from airlines for component delivery.

  3. Ensure materials are properly delivered within contractual lead times by coordinating from the best location among our inventory locations.

  4. Inventory Coordination:

  5. Evaluate, challenge, and autonomously select options to satisfy customer needs in case of nil stock.

  6. Challenge customers on their needs when necessary.

  7. Customer Communication:

  8. Efficiently manage communication with both internal and external customers.

  9. Maintain daily communication with customers, answering queries professionally and promptly.

  10. Backlog Management:

  11. Manage backlog reports and share them with customers or internal stakeholders according to the appropriate timeline.
