For each project, I was responsible not only for the setup and support on SAP Cloud ALM, but also for managing a wide range of SAP systems and services, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP. Working with these diverse systems allowed me to build deep knowledge very quickly. On a daily basis, I configure Cloud ALM system connections, onboard and authorize both delaware and customer users, and ensure that all integrations run smoothly. Doing this, I maintain close collaboration with colleagues across delaware as well as with customers, supporting them throughout their processes and fine-tuning Cloud ALM to meet their specific needs.
