Junior Analyst Account Receivable (Chinese Speaker)

Qualifications

• At least a degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent, with more than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and experience working in a shared services center (SSC) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English; proficiency in Chinese is a must.
• A team player, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office; experience in SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Group Corporate procedures, policies and internal guidelines. Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain proper evidence and required documentation to meet internal/external audit standards.
• Download bank statements and perform incoming postings in accordance with the statements.
• Prepare bank reconciliations in a timely and quality manner.
