About the role

Indra Philippines, Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Application Support professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Ortigas, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our critical business applications. As a key member of our IT support function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our systems and delivering exceptional service to our internal stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accomplish service requests and resolve application incidents with focus on

timeliness and quality

• Participate in problem management, capacity management, and transformation

initiatives

• Create and execute sound test strategies, plans, and cases

• Provide implementation / deployment support and defect resolution
